My blog doesn't seem to be functioning well these days, somehow the picture above takes really long to appear, or doesn't appear at all. Argh! Its totally getting onto my nerves!

On a different note, my aunt and uncle who's staying really close, has left for Australia. Not for a vacation, but rather, to gain a PR status. They have opened a Drive-thru Fish and Chips outlet, at a location thats about 45mins to Perth. From what i know, it has always been their dream to do something like that. However, thank goodness, my 2 cousins are placing their butt firmly on this tiny island, but then again, they are still studying, one at Serangoon JC, and another at NUS, so what's gonna happen in future, only time will tell i guess. We had a farewell dinner last Monday, and it was indeed a great family gathering as usual, there were lots of laughter, and we left the tears to fall finally at the end of the dinner. I was especially touched when my uncle told me, that they have already booked an air ticket back to Singapore in October, just for me... =D

The cousins have already begun discussing on when we should pay them a visit, and take the opportunity for a good vacation. They showed us snap shots on how their shop and compound looks like, and I must say its a really great place! It has a carpark that can accommodate 6 cars, a private garage, a huge kitchen, and all in all, a cosy place. As we make up quite a big group, we decided that we will occupy the whole garage! Its definitely gonna be fun. I've even committed that i would work part time for them if they can pay me AUD$20 per hour! Heh!

I've signed up as a member with Planet Fitness, as you know, i'm desperately trying to get rid of all the cellulite on my tighs, and the tyre that's circling my tummy. I went for my first body pump class on Wednesday, and guess what, I NEARLY DIED! Can you imagine a whole hour of weight lifiting? As it was my first lesson, I just took whatever equipments that i saw the others took, and tried to follow the instructress, but i was obviously a newbie. However, the good thing was, she paid lots of attention to me, and ensured that i did each step the right way. She was really nice. I've been aching ever since, but i thought it was really satisfying! I'm going again, this time with my colleague this coming Wednesday! Can't wait to pump up those muscles baby! (Thanks to Jia for tat quote, heh!)

Jia went with me to the door step of Planet Fitness last wednesday, to see the gym. And when i reached there, i started laughing idiotically, i know i'm weird....sorry about that. Heh!

I was listening to Class 95 in the midst of typing away at my keyboard for a project, when the beautiful voice of Corrine May started filling my ears. Then immediate thoughts of Huijia and Hueyling flooded my mind. They have just celebrated their 24th birthdays, so considering that i have yet to do something meaningful for them, i decided to post these lyrics for them. I hope you guys will like it.

The Birthday Song
Don't worry about that extra line
That's creeping up upon your face
It's just a part of nature's way to say you've grown a little more
Trees have rings and thicker branches
Kids shoes get a little tighter
Every year we're getting closer to who we're gonna be
It's time to celebrate the story of how you've come to be

Happy Birthday, my friend
Here's to all the years we've shared together
All the fun we've had
You're such a blessing
Such a joy in my life
May the good Lord bless you
And may all your dreams come true

So light a candle on your cake
For every smile you've helped create
For every heart and every soul
You've helped to grow a little more
A few more pounds, a little more grey
Dont count the years, just count the way
It takes a little time to go from water into wine
Dont ever lose the wonder of that child within your eyes

Happy Birthday, my friend
Here's to all the years we've share together
All the fun we've had
You're such a blessing
Such a joy in my life
May the good Lord bless you
And may all your dreams come true

There's this particular colleague of mine, though out of the HR department, who has a keen eye on practically everything that i have on me daily. She apparently notices even the simplest of things. And this never fails to get me really amazed. She notices if i have on something new. She even notices if i have some eye shadow on! Gosh, she has been scrutinizing me daily man, i swear! I guess she has probably memorized my whole wardrobe or something. And its not like we're of the same age, she's at least a few years older, and i thought by then, she would have way passed that stage of constantly noticing every nitty gritty details of what others are wearing, or even some accessories that some other people have. Maybe i'm wrong, but hell...it sure does get freaky each time she tells me things like: Hey that blouse is new..or...hey! New shoes!... or just..hey! U have brown colour eye shadow on! It looks smokey, nice!.... -_-"'

Okie i know that the purpose of buying stuffs like nice clothes and cosmetics is meant to dazzle the people around you, but not when this becomes like a daily thing, especially when a female notices you more than anything else...right? It almost feels as if she's prepared to worship the ground i walk on or something... Oh yeah, did i forget to mention that when she does something new to her hair, she never fails to ask my opinion about it too?

And the most horrendous thing is, each time we talk, she's basically looking at me from head all the way to my toe, and not at my eyes. Seriously this pisses me off. Thanks for appreciating my fashion sense, but seriously, u scare me!

I'm pretty much bored of my blog now... i had enough of quiet days as stated in the picture above. And although i have a girl in my blog for such a long time, its funny that i've got simply no idea how she looks whatsoever. I'm sure it gets lonely with the phone off the cradle all the time, and i guess, the cat has been napping on the same spot for too darn long. Heh!

Anyone has any good blog websites to recommend? I need to change my blog to motivate me to continue penning my thoughts you know...

I've been going to the IBM place these days, its starting to eat into my precious time too much. Oh well, can't help it that i'm the only one out of 900 odd Opus staffs who has access to the IBM system to update some profiles. Today was no different, although i had some fun cracking lame jokes with some of the managers present today. Tat's kinda sick, considering that this lady over here needs someone to back her up in the event that she's not around, and she gets sick at times too you know? I've been working like a busy ant lately, but that doesn't mean i gotta sacrifice my health more then i need to. Gosh... and trust me, i've been at war with some of the IBMers off late, that i'm starting to sound nasty, just like them. I'm almost qualified to work for them. Heh!

We have just sent autumn for a grooming session, and she's simple adorable! With her long coat of fur being trimmed to just about 1 inch, she's looks stout and just so cute that i can't begin to describe with words. Not to mention, she looks so much fresher! Oh and she's doing much better at the training lessons too. No more lying on the ground refusing to move her piggy butt, she actually listens and obeys. I was like some proud mum beaming perpetually throughout the training. =p

Bong and i have just celebrated our 5th year anniversary exactly a month ago. Admidst our stressed period due to exams, we still managed to enjoy the quiet and wonderful celebration. Can't believe its been 5 years. I still recall the day we officially got together, it just seems like yesterday. Its been really sweet, there were downs, but those only made us stronger. =D

What am i doing online when i should be sticking my face into my books? Well, i can't help it, my brain is just too saturated. Seriously, i can't wait for the clock to strike 12 noon tomorrow, cos that will be the end of my exams for the semester. But then again, that would mean that tomorrow will past really fast and i would need to head back to work on thursday.

Each day at work is exhausting for me, basically i have been working till over 9pm these few weeks, its getting scary. Plus, guess what, i have gotten the terrible gastric, which never happened before i worked in my current company... great isn't it? Its affecting my health pretty much...gosh...

Okies, i need to go back to my books again... the only consolation is, i'm gonna have Jap cuisine later! Heh!

Have u ever had this feeling where you thought that you may have gotten up the wrong bus? There are many times in the morning, on my way to work, i would get a sudden panic attack that i may have gotten up the wrong bus, till i see a familar person who boards the same bus like almost daily, do i relax. However there are times where i don't see the same people that i usually see every morning. Yeah...that happened to me this morning, nearly had a heart attack. My usually sardine packed bus just seemed empty as compared to any other days.
